Hi Sarah! My name is Brittany and I will be working as a first year SP in a middle school this year! Like (almost) everyone else, I will be heading into an unknown “post-COVID” school year on top of being in my first year (the district is completely new to me as well as the career). Do you have any suggestions on how to prepare for this school year for ways I can support the students and staff as well as help my team? I want to spend as much time as I can reading/researching.
